I am having trouble with a question. What should I do?
If you are having trouble with a question, the best way to learn is to reflect on the question and persist with it. This is far better than simply being ‘told’ the answer, as you are more likely to develop skills that will help with subsequent questions.
If you have tried your hardest and still cannot grasp the question, the next best option is to discuss it with others. This will allow you to voice and examine your thought processes, and obtain feedback on your thoughts from another person. You can do this with your tutor (Diamond package students), your friends (which is why MedEntry offers a group discount), on MedEntry’s online forums, or a family member.
If you still do not understand the question, you can send an email to MedEntry. Please limit each question to one email, so it can be forwarded to the most appropriate person at MedEntry.
