• Can I upgrade my package?

  You can upgrade yearly packages at any time before the package expiry date. To upgrade a package, simply login into your account where you can upgrade and pay the difference. To upgrade a Headstart package, you will need to contact the office. You will just need to pay the difference between the two packages at the time of the upgrade.Popular

  The AI feature is a setting you can toggle on and off in the QBank practice area of the online platform. If it is turned on, it analyses your performance so far, and selects questions which are around your level of competence or a bit harder. This means that you get to train at your personalised level with the question bank. As you improve, the system will adjust accordingly and provide you with harder questions.Popular

• Can I print the resources on the Online Platform?

  Online Platform materials cannot be printed. The HPAT is a computer-based test and therefore it is not recommended to practice for HPAT on paper. Furthermore, resources on the online platform are presented in interactive form, which allows you to gain immediate, personalised feedback on your performance, including percentile rankings and performance data.
