I have a Premium Group package. Why can’t I book a HPAT workshop?

With a Premium-Group package you book your workshop anytime after purchasing, provided you have ‘completed’ your group. If you are unable to book your workshop the most common reason is because you haven’t completed your group.

If you have created a group, invited a person and can’t book your workshop please:

  • Check that the person you invited has also brought a Premium-Group package
  • Check that the email address of the person you invited is correct and is the same as the email address they used to purchase the Premium-Group package

If you are trying to join a group:

  • Check that you have received the invite email with the group number. Please contact the person who invited you and make sure they used your correct email address


If you have received the invite email with the group number:

  • Please make sure you are inputting the correct group number.
  • Please contact the person who invited you and make sure that your invitation hasn’t been accidentally cancelled.
