How can I pay?
MedEntry only accepts two forms of payment: credit card or EFT. Any payment made must be made in one go. MedEntry does not accept payment plans.
First register with us and login. Then browse our products and click ‘purchase’. This will add the item to your shopping cart. When you ‘checkout’, you will be taken to a page that provides instructions on how to complete your purchase. All course fees shown on the website are in Euros.
You can order your products online by any of the following means:
Credit/Debit Card
If you pay by Credit/Debit Card, the service providers' name will be shown as "MedEntry" on your card statement.
During the ordering process, the Euro amount will be converted into the equivalent Australian dollar amount using the current day's market rate. Depending on your card rate and international purchase fees, you may be charged a slightly higher Euro amount by your bank. You will get immediate access to the OLP if you pay by credit/debit card.
EFT
If you pay by this method, you MUST send an email to info@medentry-hpat.ie with the student's name and the MedEntry order number (MExxxxxx) so that we know that payment has been made. Once payment has been received, your order will activated.
If you're sending money from a bank in SEPA, you can use these details to make a domestic transfer:

Please include your MedEntry order number in the reference field while making the deposit, so that we can reconcile your order.
If you're sending from somewhere else, make an international Swift transfer:
This payment method may involve delays since it takes a few days for payment to be received. Please ensure you add the appropriate bank fees (see below).

Please ensure that you add the appropriate bank fees (charged by your bank for the electronic money transfer and the charges of the intermediary Bank) to the cost of the MedEntry HPAT package. Please note that unless you add this amount, MedEntry does not receive the appropriate fee, so your order will not be activated.
If you have made a payment by funds transfer and require urgent access, then please email a screenshot to confirm payment has been transferred to the MedEntry office (email details on the contact page) and the order will be processed without having to wait for funds to clear. Please ensure that your MedEntry order number is clearly visible.
